Product overview

The equipment is mainly used for the performance test of 40kN~840kN class suspension insulators and synthetic insulators. The performance of the products is judged by testing, so that the product can be designed, improved, signed and used for inspection of the factory. The test operation process meets the standard JB3568. The performance index conforms to the requirements of GB / T5170.2.5 and GB5170.18 "verification method for basic parameters of electrical and electronic products environmental testing equipment".

Environment case structure

The equipment is mainly composed of a box, a refrigeration system, a heating system, an air circulation system and a control system. The outer box is machined by numerical control machine tool. The shape is beautiful, generous and novel, and the cylinder door is opened by using the oil cylinder.

Inner material of case: the inner part of the box is made of 1mm thick imported high grade SUS304 stainless steel plate.
Shell material of case: adopt 1.2mm thick Baosteel high quality A3 carbon steel plate, after phosphating electrostatic spray processing, increase the appearance of texture and cleanliness.
Thermal insulation material: high density glass fiber cotton, the insulation thickness is 120mm, so that the indoor temperature will not be transmitted to the outside of the equipment, to ensure a stable and stable temperature in the laboratory.

Heater: fully independent system, stainless steel nickel chromium plate type electric heater (small overshoot).

Air supply circulation system
