Product introduction:
The WAL-300/2R microcomputer controlled insulator circulating test machine (vertical and horizontal) belongs to a mechanical tensile test machine under specified temperature conditions, which is used to simulate the rated tensile strength, high and low temperature fatigue strength and low temperature brittleness of the insulator (or other test items) at the extreme temperature (high temperature and low temperature). With the large span of power system, EHV lines are becoming more and more. The quality requirements of the mechanical and electrical properties of the insulators (porcelain, glass, synthetic) products and the requirements for the stability of the products are also becoming more and more high, in order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test methods. This machine can also be used in a variety of metal materials, steel cables, chains, hoisting belts and other longer tensile specimens, widely used in metal products, building structures, ships, military industry and other fields. The microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo horizontal tension test machine adopts the mature universal testing machine technology of our company. The vertical test will be added to the horizontal test by increasing the steel frame structure, which increases the tensile space (it can be increased to more than twenty meters, this is not the vertical test), which satisfies the test of large sample and full size sample.

Test requirements and procedures:
Test requirements
Insulators will be subjected to 4 times with 24hours cold and hot temperature cycles and mechanical tensile load cycles simultaneously. According to user requirements, it can also be adjusted to more than 4 cycles of combined test.
Each cycle of temperature should include a process of cooling to -45 C and heating to +40 C. According to the requirements of users and the varieties of insulators, the temperature range of negative temperature to positive temperature can also be selected in the above range.
Each tensile load cycle should include a process of exerting and maintaining the prescribed tensile load and unloading the prescribed tensile load. According to the variety and user requirements of insulators, it can be selected between 24 kN ~400 kN and can be exerted automatically by adjusting the load.
Test procedure
At the room temperature before the first cold and hot cycle, the prescribed tensile load is applied; the tensile load is removed at the end of the heat cycle at the end of each cold and hot cycle, and the tensile load is immediately added. After the last stretch cycle is completed, the tensile load is removed at room temperature.
The order of the cold and hot cycle is to cool first and then heat. The speed of heating and cooling can be adjusted. The principle of cooling or heating speed control is that the maximum and minimum temperature should be maintained at least for 4hours continuously.

Sub-term description:
The microcomputer controlled heat engine cycle tester mainly consists of the main engine (frame structure), the fixed beam, the movable beam, the loading oil cylinder, the servo oil source F4100, the oil temperature air cooling system, the servo controller, the related test software and other necessary accessories
Host structure:
The test machine adopts the steel plate welding frame structure, the single rod double action piston cylinder to apply the test force, the automatic control test process, the load sensor force, the microcomputer display test force and the test curve.
The main part is mainly composed of structural frame, cylinder block, cylinder piston, fixed beam, load sensor and other components. The cylinder block, beam, frame and fixture form the force frame, and the single rod and double action low friction piston cylinder produces the maximum 1000kN and 600kN test force under the action of high pressure oil. The fixed beam and piston rod are equipped with different fixtures according to different samples.
This part is the execution part of the test. The two ends of the sample are respectively mounted on the fixture of the fixed cross beam and the piston rod, and then the pulling oil cylinder drives the clamp to exert test force on the sample. The speed of loading is automatically controlled until the end of the test.
Oil source part:
Servo pump station F4100: motor pump group is equipped with series double elastic support to further reduce noise of pumping station. The pump station is equipped with an imported NACHI high pressure gear pump. It has excellent performance such as low noise, no pulsation and long life. The hydraulic module consisting of overflow valve, oil filter, reversing valve valve and no more than 3U aviation precision filter; air cooling cooler produced by military technology; hydraulic pipe fittings and high pressure hose of Sino foreign joint venture company; domestic Wenzhou dawn (introduced German Dirk Technology) liquid level control meter; oil temperature, liquid level, oil filter blockage Alarm or parking function.
Oil temperature and air cooling system: because there are user requirements for more than 150 hours, the oil temperature cooling system must be equipped. This machine is installed on the side of the oil tank, the independent hydraulic oil circulation system is used to automatically start the air cooling system when the oil temperature is higher than the setting temperature, so that the oil temperature is cooled quickly, and the air cooling system is automatically closed when the minimum oil temperature is set.
